Vizrt - Virtual Studio Software for Research and Education at the HS Düsseldorf, University of Applied Sciences [DE]
Short description
Since 2009 the Virtual Sets and Virtual Environments Laboratory collaborates with the company Vizrt Austria GmbH.
Software from Vizrt are used for research and education. Following extensions (Plugins) were developed at HS Düsseldorf:
- Universal Input using OSC (open sound control protocol)
- Universal Output using OSC
- Control for a stage flight system
- Control of a camera robotic
- Interfacing for markerless person tracking systems (Captury and Kinect)
- Tracking Hub (camera tracking) OpenVR driver
